I want you to close your eyes for a moment and imagine that you are standing at the edge of the ocean, watching the waves rolling in. Now watch the waves as they roll back into the ocean, like ripples they are always expanding, always growing and contorting themselves to their specific circumstance, to their specific need. Now I want you to imagine that the ocean is your possibility. The ocean is your expansion. As your waves roll in they expand and roll out. Become one with the water, trust that you can float, trust that you can reach your fullness, you can reach your expansion. All that you desire is just a trust fall away.
